Lost my library card for the 4th time this year and the librarian recognized me instantly

Went to the main branch downtown yesterday to pick up a hold on that new horror book everyone's talking about. Forgot my card again. The lady at the desk just sighed and pulled up my account from my name. Felt like a total clown. Anyone else just keep their card in their phone case now?

Wait, you actually carry it in your phone case? I used to think that was dumb but now I get it.

Started doing this a few years back after losing my wallet twice. Never going back, just works better for daily use.
