Appreciation post: the coworker who caught my missing appendix in the bibliography

Last month I turned in a research paper on public library funding in Cleveland with what I thought was a perfect source list. My coworker glanced at it during lunch and asked why one of the key stats I cited didn't match the article title I listed. Turns out I'd copied the citation from an old bookmark and the actual source was a 2019 report, not the 2021 one I wrote. She helped me track down the right version through our state database, and I got the paper resubmitted with an hour to spare. Has anyone else had a citation mix-up like that saved by a second pair of eyes?
