I doubted the air spade for years, now I use it on nearly every job

Back in 2018 I watched a demo in Louisville and figured it was just a fancy toy for rich landscapers. Took a stubborn red maple with compacted clay around the root flare and the air spade cleared it in 20 minutes, no damage. I still prefer hand tools for small ornamental stuff, but for anything over 15 inches DBH it's my first pick now. Anyone else stubborn about new gear until they see it pay for itself on one call?
