Isnt it wild how the people who teach you the most aren't the ones trying to? That arborist probably just showed you one thing, but it stuck because it was real and patient. Makes you wonder how many other small, unwritten lessons are out there just waiting for someone to pay attention.

Honestly, I used to be one of those people who thought learning stopped once you left a classroom. That arborist thing @leeknight mentioned really got me too. Ngl, seeing someone take the time to show you something with no agenda makes it hit different. It's like the real lessons are the ones that don't feel like lessons at all.
