Warning: the Crunchyroll subs for Frieren changed between the weekly release and the Blu-ray, and it's not small stuff
I rewatched episode 12 on the disc last night and counted 9 lines where the dialogue meaning shifted from what I remember watching back in January, mostly in the Stark flashback scenes, so if you're recommending the show to friends who can't do dubs, tell them to watch it now before they pull the streaming version.
