Presented my favorite anime arc in class, got told to stop shouting

I did a 10 minute talk on episode 47 of Hunter x Hunter at my community college in Austin. My hands were shaking and I kept talking over the slides, but dude, people actually clapped when I finished. The professor said my energy was too much but the details were solid. Has anyone else tried explaining a complicated arc to people who dont watch anime and felt the room go quiet?

Keep it simple next time and let the clip do the heavy lifting, that saved me.
