Unpopular opinion: that vintage camera shop in Portland is way overhyped
Went to Blue Moon Camera last Saturday and honestly their repair prices are crazy - $200 just to CLA a basic Pentax K1000. Has anyone else found better value at a smaller shop that doesn't have the Instagram crowd?

The $200 quote completely changed my view on that place too.

Whoa wait, @jordan184 - are you saying they actually handed you a physical quote for $200? Like on paper and everything? I would've honestly thought that was a joke at first, but that's wild if it's real.
