My Walkman fix went from a kitchen table mess to one little screwdriver

Back in high school I would spread belts, gears, and q-tips all over the kitchen table in Phoenix just to get my Sony Walkman spinning again, and half the time it still ate my tapes. Now I keep one 00 Phillips and a soft cloth in a tin, and the whole job takes 20 minutes on the couch. Part of it is that I stopped rushing, but part is that I finally read the service manual instead of guessing. What tiny tool have you whittled your repair kit down to?
