That one guy at the thrift store who saved my sunset shot

Dropped off some donations and this older dude saw my camera bag. He pointed at my lens and said 'your UV filter is loose, you'll get light leaks.' Tightened it right there. Saved my whole roll of Portra 400 from the coast.

My buddy had the same thing happen with a polarizer. He was out shooting a beach and some random guy just walked up and fixed it before he even knew it was loose. Saved his whole trip.
