Watched 'The Dark Knight' again last night and got stuck on a different ending idea.

Wait, you want to change that ending? The whole point is that Batman has to take the blame... it's the only way to save Harvey's good name.

Ugh, you're totally right. That ending hits so hard because he makes that choice. Changing it would ruin the whole thing.

Hold on, @aaron_flores84, wait. Are you actually saying you'd be okay with them changing it? That ending is the whole reason the movie works. Without him taking the fall for Harvey, the whole message about hope and sacrifice just collapses. That final shot with Gordon's speech and Batman running from the cops would mean nothing if they gave it a happy rewrite. Just no, man. That's a hard pass from me.
