Vent: I spent $15 on a ticket to see that new superhero movie and the ending was so bad I want my money back. Here's how they should have fixed it.

Totally get wanting your money back after that ending. I've had luck calling the theater and politely saying the film had technical issues, like the sound cut out or the picture froze. They usually offer a free pass to avoid a scene. Worked for me when a projector bulb blew halfway through.

That happened at a screening of The Batman. Whole theater went dark for like ten minutes. They gave everyone a free popcorn voucher.
