That church parking lot install made me rethink my panel placement

Went to pull a panel at a Methodist church off Route 9 in Clifton last Tuesday and the old tech had mounted it inside the baptistry closet, took me 3 hours of moving fake plants to trace the zone wiring, so now I ask every customer where their water heater and sprinkler timer sit before I ever drill the first hole, anyone else factor in seasonal stuff like Christmas lights or lawn crews when you pick a spot?
