My sister swore by parchment paper liners, now I get why
Last month my sister kept telling me to use those parchment paper liners in my air fryer for anything with sauce. I thought they were a waste of money and just scrubbed the basket every time. Then I tried them with some bbq chicken thighs and the cleanup took like 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes of soak and scrub. She was right, I was wrong, and now I order them in bulk. Has anyone else been stubborn about these and finally caved?

30 seconds instead of 10 minutes" is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. I mean, yeah, I get it, cleanup is easier, but are we really acting like scrubbing a basket is this huge life problem? I used to just throw mine in the dishwasher and call it a day, or honestly just wipe it with a damp paper towel while it's still warm. Plus those liners have holes in them for a reason, and every time I've tried them, the food sticks to the liner itself or the sauce pools weirdly. I dunno, maybe I'm just lazy in a different way, but I'll take my 10 minutes of grudging scrub time over spending money on single-use stuff that ends up in the trash anyway. You do you though, if it makes you feel fancy.
