My air fryer basket liner melted and made a huge mess last night
I grabbed those cheap parchment liners from the dollar store cause I was out of my regular ones. Put it in with my chicken thighs at 400 for 15 mins and when I opened it up the liner had fused to the basket and was smoking. Had to scrub it for like 20 mins with steel wool. Anyone else had liners do this or is it just the cheap kind?

Oh, I gotta disagree with you a bit there. I've been using those cheap liners for years without any trouble, even at 400 degrees. The issue might not be the liner itself but making sure it's not touching the heating element or getting sucked up into the fan. I always weigh mine down with the food right away and never had a meltdown.
