Just compared frozen broccoli straight in the basket vs. parboiling first

Parboiling for 2 minutes before air frying at 375 for 8 minutes gave me that crispy outside without any dry or burnt spots, has anyone else found a veggie trick that worked way better than expected?

Wait, wait - parboiling frozen broccoli for only 2 minutes before air frying? That actually works? I've been tossing frozen florets straight in the oil and they always come out either charred on the edges or still soggy in the middle. I gotta try this because I've wasted so much money on bags of broccoli that just ended up in the trash. The crispy outside without dry spots sounds like magic honestly.

Toss em in with a tiny bit of oil and garlic powder first, straight from frozen, then air fry at 400 for 10-12 minutes. I get crispy edges without any mushy middles and no extra step (which I'm way too lazy for).
