Hot take: Bringing an air fryer camping made me a believer

Honestly, I used to think air fryers were just for quick snacks at home and not much else. Tbh, that all changed on a recent camping trip to Lake Tahoe. We had a small RV with limited counter space, and I brought my air fryer on a whim. One morning, I tried making cinnamon apple slices from some fruit we picked locally. Ngl, they came out so tender and sweet with barely any prep time. We also did some pre-marinated chicken skewers for dinner, and they were juicy inside and crispy outside. Now I get that it's not just a kitchen gadget, it's a solid option for cooking on the road. Seriously, if you're ever in a tight spot while traveling, give it a shot. It turned our trip meals from basic to awesome without any hassle.
