Frozen versus fresh brussels sprouts in the air fryer... no contest
I finally tried making brussels sprouts in my air fryer after putting it off for months. Used frozen ones first because I'm lazy and thought they'd turn out fine. Nope... they came out all soggy and limp even after 18 minutes at 400. Switched to fresh ones last night, cut them in half, tossed in oil and garlic powder, and they were crispy on the outside and tender inside in just 12 minutes. Has anyone else had better luck with frozen ones or am I missing a trick?

12 minutes at 400 is my go-to too. Fresh is the only way in an air fryer for that crispy outside. Frozen ones hold too much moisture no matter what you do. I tried thawing them first once and they still came out sad.

Yo @riverknight I had the same issue till I started patting frozen wings dry with paper towels and tossing them in a little cornstarch before the air fryer. Got em way crispier than before.
