Crispy air fryer chickpeas made me ditch store-bought snacks
I tossed them with some spices and now I can't stop eating them. Way better than paying for overpriced bags.

What's your go-to spice mix for those chickpeas? I tossed mine with smoked paprika and a pinch of cayenne last time. They came out so crunchy I ate the whole batch in one sitting. My kitchen smells like a spice rack now, but it's worth it. I save so much money not buying chips anymore. Honestly, making these is a weekend ritual for me.

Yeah the "ate the whole batch in one sitting" thing is too real... I do that every time. @the_laura your smoked paprika and cayenne mix is solid, that's basically my base too. I always add a ton of garlic powder though, it sticks to the chickpeas so well. The key for the crunch is letting them dry out on a towel before you toss them in oil and spice. My whole house smells like garlic for days but I don't even care.

Man, I tell myself every time I'll save some for later but who am I kidding? I just stand over the baking sheet burning my fingers on the hot ones. Why do they disappear so fast when it takes like an hour to make them?
