The old Sunrise Mall in Corpus Christi still has a working fountain, and it's creepy as hell
Went there last month, expecting total silence. The whole food court is gutted, but in the middle of the rot, this one fountain pump is still running. It's just this sad, constant trickle into a pool of green water. Felt like the place was still trying to be alive. Has anyone else found a piece of a dead mall that just won't quit?

That's not creepy, it's just a pump that hasn't broken yet. Sounds more boring than anything.
