Am I the only one who used to just walk into any empty mall without checking the roof?

After a ceiling panel fell near me at the old Sunrise Center in Toledo last fall, I always check for water damage and missing tiles now. Has anyone else had a close call like that?

That was a ceiling tile, not a panel.
